We got the replacement brushes, but did not replace them, due to the current brushes being just a 10th shorter. So, maybe the unit was getting hot for some other reason (my husband thinks it's the extreme heat we've been having here. Hope it works well after all this heat dissipates! We've had our unit for 8 or 9 years now. We did replace the hose several months ago.
However, the customer service was wonderful! The woman I spoke with was very helpful and eager to please.
