the first one was due to mechanical problems and was replaced by the company. The second time was due to puppies being able to access the wiring from the control box to the motor. This due to the wires being too long and exposed. I am noticing that the table is going up and down very slow again
Don't get me wrong this has been a great table and has worked well. It is unfortunate that we had a litter of pups that got out of their pen in the middle of the night and caused damage. I do however feel that if the wiring was not so easily available to be chewed on, this would never have happened. My table now has to be kept in enclosed fencing so that this might not happen again.
